How to make Bhang Pakora

  • Step 1

    Mix chickpea flour, salt, turmeric, chilli powder, mango powder, bhang powder and water. Make a batter of dropping consistency.

  • Step 2

    Mix sliced onions and potatoes in the batter. Allow it to rest for a while.

  • Step 3

    Heat refined oil in a kadhai.

  • Step 4

    Now scoop the pieces of vegetable out of the batter and drop them into the hot oil.

  • Step 5

    Fry over medium heat, till they turn golden brown.

  • Step 6

    Remove from oil and place them on kitchen towel to absorb extra oil.

  • Step 7

    Serve hot with green chutney.
