The Lautoka High Court has struck out a case recorded by SODELPA individuals, Taitusi Rasoki and Ilaitia Bavadra against six SODELPA chiefs.
The argument was against Ratu Epenisa Cakobau, Ratu Naiqama Lalabalavu, Ro Teimumu Kepa, George Shiu Raj, Emele Duituturaga and Lenaitasi Duru.
The gathering individuals who had recorded the case had asserted that the heads penetrated the gathering constitution while leading gathering undertakings from the time SODELPA was suspended on May 26th a year ago to the administration load up gatherings and other gathering matters from there on.
In the mean time, SODELPA’s President, Epenisa Cakobau says the administration is enchanted that the case has been struck out and they stay console that the gathering is on course to convey equity to their electors and great straightforward initiative.
