The Provisional Candidate Master says winning the title will be a significant fight.

“There will be a ton of solid contenders like Candidate Master Manoj Kumar, Goru Arvind, Avinesh Nandan so the field is very solid.”

Fiji Chess Federation Goru Arvind says there have been a few surprises in the previous years because of the game arrangement and comparable results are normal this season.

“So you could be thinking in 10 seconds time and there’ll be 50 things to consider so once in a while you’ll have dazzle moves, you’ll need to make truly wild conjectures which may dominate the match or lose the game surprisingly fast.”

The Blitz National Championship will happen at the Fiji Olympic House on Sunday where in excess of 50 members are relied upon to fight in the quickest chess occasion.
