Flying Fijians head coach Mick Byrne is planning for the future. He focuses on bringing fresh talents for the 2024 Pacific Nations Cup campaign.

Byrne is committed to building a squad capable of sustaining high-performance levels as they look beyond the current World Cup cycle.

He believes that players aged 34 or 35 should be allowed to find out about themselves at this level of rugby.

The Flying Fijians will face Manu Samoa on Friday at the HFC Stadium in Suva.
