Mesake Vocevoce, a Fijian Drua lock forward, will debut at number 4 against Tonga, pairing with Temo Mayanavanua at number 5. Eroni Mawi, Tevita Ikanivere, and Samuela Tawake will start in the front row.
At the same time, Ratu Meli Derenalagi and Elia Canakaivata will pair up on the flanks, and Albert Tuisue will start at number 8. Frank Lomani retains his place at half-back, while Caleb Muntz comes in at flyhalf.
