Suva FC, after a nail-biting final pool game that ended in a nil-all draw, is now set to face Nadi FC in the Battle of the Giants competition.
After a hard-fought battle, the team has clinched a spot in the semis, narrowly slipping past Nadroga. On the first day, Suva defeated Rewa FC and drew with Ba FC.
Head coach Babs Khan, who rejoined the team after eight months away, is working hard to adapt to their new play system.
Despite the challenges, the team has shown remarkable resilience in adapting to the new system.
Khan is confident that Suva will return to the field stronger than ever to face Nadi in the semis.
The semis will be held at HFC Stadium in Suva on Saturday. The two sides will face off at 4:30 p.m.
