Nadroga Football Club President Max Chetty has expressed disappointment over the suspension and investigation of seven players for ill-discipline and misconduct during the Battle of the Giants pool matches.
The players are expected to appear before the disciplinary committee next week.
Chetty believes this should be a valuable lesson for players from other districts.
The situation has affected the team’s preparation for a major tournament like BOG, as they only have 13 players for the final pool match.
A three-member committee has been formed to conduct the investigations, and the players will have the opportunity to present their side of the story before the final report is submitted.
