The Fiji Men’s 7s Rugby team, a united force, was presented their jerseys by Chef de Mission Sale Sorovaki, who praised the players for their hard work and dedication.
Coach Osea Kolinisau expressed gratitude for the team’s dedication and hard work during preparations.
He emphasised the importance of seizing opportunities with focus and determination.
The team will play its first game against Uruguay on Thursday at 3 a.m., followed by the USA on the same day at 6.30 a.m. and France in its final pool match at 1.30 a.m. on Friday.
The chance to represent the team is a significant one, as many players did not think it would be possible four years ago.
