Fiji 7s coach Osea Kolinisau expresses his gratitude for the support of former national coach Gareth Baber and mentor Ben Ryan.
Despite the challenges, Kolinisau believes he has learned more from these mentors than just coaching.
He enjoys working with Gareth Baber, an Olympic Gold medal-winning coach and has learned much from him.
The national coach has expressed interest in developing a team for the 2028 Olympics in Los Angeles, but Kolinisau needs to consider his family before deciding.
Contract negotiations with Kolinisau are expected to commence this week. The Fiji Rugby Union board and management will be involved in the negotiations with Kolinisau’s team.
