Nadi FC head coach Raj Dayal is pleased with his team’s qualification for the Battle of the Giants semi-finals, despite some areas that need improvement.
The team secured a 3-0 victory over defending champions Labasa in their last pool match and will now face Suva in the second semi-final.
In pool play, Nadi FC defeated Lautoka FC in their opening match. They later drew with Navua FC. Both Nadi FC and Suva FC are unbeaten in pool play.
Dayal aims to review areas for improvement and calls on fans to come out in numbers to cheer on the team.
Team play will be a key focus for the semi-finals, and the team will work hard to come out strong and bring glory to Nadi fans.
Their match against Suva is scheduled for 4:30 pm, while Rewa plays Lautoka in the first semi-final at 2 pm.
