All-Black coach Scott Robertson expressed his team’s “evolving” after three consecutive wins to start the season. The All Blacks outscored Fiji in San Diego, 47-5, allowing them to operate with more attacking intent.

The team was more courageous and focused on taking opportunities against England.

The only drawback from the game was Cortez Ratima’s early withdrawal due to a heavy landing on his head and failing the subsequent HIA.

Debutant Noah Hotham played out the remaining hour of the match. TJ Perenara is expected to be available for selection for the upcoming Rugby Championship.

Damian McKenzie performed well in the second test against England at Eden Park, kicking six out of seven conversions and showing growth potential. His partnership with experienced Beauden Barrett at fullback was exceptional, as they both saw the game and opportunities out wide.

Anton Lienert-Brown and debutant Billy Proctor’s combination in midfield worked well from the opening kick-off, with Proctor rewarded with a first-half try after a strong season with the Hurricanes.
