Updated: 5:53am – The three assessors in the trial of a 33-year-old man who allegedly raped his defacto partner’s four-year-old daughter, have found the man guilty of one count of sexual assault and not guilty of two counts of rape.
The 33‑year‑old man allegedly raped and sexually assaulted his defacto partner’s 4‑year old daughter in Navua last year.
