Acting Permanent Secretary for Communications and Director-General Digital Government Transformation, Cybersecurity and Communications, Tupou Baravilala says the careFIJI versatile contact following application was created dependent on the source code of the Singaporean TraceTogether application and the Australian COVIDSafe application and was endorsed for use on the Google PlayStore and Apple AppStore a year ago.
Baravilala says the Google PlayStore has as of late refreshed its approaches for COVID-19-related portable applications bringing about an impermanent suspension of the careFIJI application.
