The Vodafone Fiji 7s team always feel special when they win the Hong Kong title and it was the same last-night when our national team sealed a hat trick beating South Africa 22 nil.
Fiji met South Africa for the fourth time this season and they had a point to prove from the players to the coach at the mecca of all 7s.
Captain Osea Kolinisau says it means a lot for any Fijian to win Hong Kong 7s title.
“I guess Hong Kong seems like a home away home and we watch a lot of our idols play here and it always dream of young Fijian to one day wear the white jersey and where it in Hong Kong.”
Kolinisau also dedicated the win to the children and the families.
“To the people back home its Palm Sunday back home especially to the children back home this is for you guys and our families.”
Fiji now turns it focus on the Singapore tournament this weekend.
