Executive Voreqe Bainimarama stresses that administration needs empathy in all segments.
Bainimarama featured this while addressing the members of the Traditional Leadership Curriculum at the Center for Appropriate Technology and Development in Nadave, Tailevu.
He says it is regard for initiative that drives individuals to exceed expectations.
Bainimarama says for individuals to truly regard their pioneers, they should see a pioneer settle questions in a socialized way, they should see that a pioneer concentrate and vitality on the benefit of the individuals and not on rivalry with others.
The Prime Minister says a genuine pioneer sets a genuine model and moves individuals to be and to give a valiant effort by being solid and to show empathy.
