Vodafone Fiji 7’s Coach Gareth baber has named his team for this weekend’s Singapore sevens.
The team includes Captain, Osea Kolinisau, Isake Katonibau, Jasa Veremalua, Kalione Nasoko, Setareki Bituniyata, Sevuloni Mocenacagi, Mesulame Kunavula, Waisea Nacuqu, Jerry Tuwai, Amenoni Nasilasila, Josua Vici, Nacanieli Labalaba and Lemeki Tulele.
After claiming their first tournament win of the season last weekend, Captain Osea Kolinisau was relieved to get the weight of a tournament win off their shoulders.
Kolinisau says that it was great to get one under their belt and it was nice to do it for Gareth Baber.
He says that it was good for the players too, especially the new, young players.
Fiji will play Hong Kong in their first pool match at 4.52pm today, their second game is against Russia at 7.50pm and their final pool match is against Canada at 12.06am tomorrow.
The quarters will kick off at 4.30pm tomorrow, the semis will start at 9.10pm while the Gold Medal Final will kick off at 12.20am Monday.
