Update: 8:22pm – First pictures of the teenage Indian Muslim are out after she was murdered in a case of honour killing for starting a relationship with an Arab Muslim.
Celine Dookhran, aged 19, was reportedly dragged out of the shower, tasered and raped before being killed and dumped in South West part of London.
Celine’s hands, as the court heard, were tied using a duct tape and rope, and she was then bundled into the back of a vehicle. Along with the teen girl her friend in her 20s was also driven to a house where renovation work was underway.
There the two were allegedly raped by 33-year-old Mujahid Arshid, who then cut Celine’s throat.
The teen girl’s body was discovered last week, a report claimed, after a woman alerted the police from hospital. Celine’s post mortem report revealed the cause of her death was an incised wound to the neck.
Accused Arshid, charged with the murder, rape and kidnap of 19-year-old, appeared before the court. He further is slapped with charges of raping and attempting to murder and kidnap of the second victim.
Vincent Tappu, aged 28, is the other accused in the case and is charged with the kidnap of both the women.
