Public 7s mentor Gareth Baber says there is as yet far to go to address the issue of control on and off the rugby field.

Talking after the finish of the Nadi leg Super Series, Baber says he has seen an improvement contrasted with the first round in Sigatoka.

“It’s advancing pleasantly, I’ve seen clear enhancements regarding the players and the manner in which they are trained. The comprehension of what conduct they must have on the field. It’s not amazing by any stretch, there’s still a ton of work to done in the orders.”

Pastry specialist says this applies the whole way across the board.

It’s the less experienced groups as well as the more experienced ones too so clearly it comes down to adjusting to those laws, players, mentors, administrators, the entire thing. So the goal is to improve constantly.”

The Welshman adds understanding the principles of the game and taking care of business locally will affect the players’ exhibition globally.

In the mean time, the third leg of the Super Series will be held at Ratu Ganilau Park one month from now.
