UPDATED: 6:43am – A Kadavu man charged with three counts of rape and two counts of sexual assault of his daughter has been found guilty of all the charges by the three assessors in the Suva High Court.

The alleged incident happened between March and April, 2014.

The complainant was under the age of 20 at the time of the alleged incident.

It is alleged that he threatened his daughter not to tell anyone about the alleged incident or he would kill her.

Justice Thushara Rajasinghe will deliver his judgement at 9.30am today.
