The two groups have played each other multiple times this season with Ba and Rewa enlisting one win each and one match finishing in a draw.
Rewa and Ba won their initial matches in the Fiji FACT throughout the end of the week where Rewa whipped Labasa 4-0 while Ba beat Nasinu 3-1.
The champ of the match will be in a decent situation to meet all requirements for the semi-last.
Rewa last won the FACT title in 2018 while Ba last won it in 2010.
The competition proceeds from tomorrow at Subrail Park.
Lautoka will take on Navua at 12pm, Ba takes on Rewa at 2pm, Suva takes on Nadi at 4pm while has, Labasa will take on Nasinu at 6.30pm.
