The Fiji Football Association has now affirmed the principal elimination round of the Vodafone Fiji FACT 2020 between Foodcity/ASF Cuts and Styles Rewa FC and Esy Kool Nadi FC will continue from where it was surrendered.
This implies just the second 50% of the match will be played on Saturday.
Fiji FA CEO Mohammed Yusuf says the choice was made in interview with the Oceania Football Confederation.
Yusuf says “Fiji FA the underlying Board choice was right after meeting with OFC.
“He says thus, the Rewa/Nadi match will continue from the second half with all cards, scores and so forth unblemished.
The match is booked for 11.45am on Saturday at Subrail Park in Labasa.
Then, the second elimination round between Vinz Works Suva and Galaxy Hotel and Apartment/Powerwise Electrical (NZ) Labasa will commence at 1pm.
On Sunday, the third/fourth spot season finisher will commence at 10.30am while the Vodafone Fiji FACT 2020 last will be held at 1pm.
