Updated: 6:08am – We request information regarding Daniel Amitesh Chand who is wanted for questioning in relation to a case where he is alleged to have obtained up to $6,000 from an Australian citizen.
The case was reported in March last year when the victim came to Fiji after meeting the suspect online .
It is alleged the victim had been sending up to $6,000 whereby an agreement was reached for the suspect to pay the victim back which to date he has failed to do.
The case of causing a loss was reported at the Sigatoka Police Station and he is also wanted for questioning in other similar cases reported at the Nabua Police Station.
