Lawyer Rajendra Chaudhry who resides in New Zealand has been found guilty of contempt of court by Justice Kamal Kumar.
He has been ordered to pay $10,000 as cost to the applicant in the case, the Attorney General within 30 days.

Chaudhry had made Facebook posts last year that were defamatory against the Fijian Judicial System which included the Chief Justice, the Chief Registrar and the Fijian Democracy.
The case has been adjourned to the 25th of this month for sentencing.
