Labasa is expected to host Suva next month

Fiji Football will roll out certain improvements in the Champion versus Champion arrangement one year from now considering the demolition brought about by Tropical Cyclone Yasa.

Labasa is relied upon to have Suva one month from now yet because of the current circumstance, Fiji FA Chief Executive Mohammed Yusuf says they will be hoping to move the two matches to Suva.

Yusuf says conversations are as yet in progress and they will be looking out for the board’s ultimate conclusion one month from now.

The planned Champions versus Champions was booked to be in Labasa on the 23rd of January and the profit coordinate for the 31st in Suva. There could be a change to the program the board should affirm in the New Year whether to have the two matches in Suva.”

Yusuf adds they are eager to fly the Labasa group over to Suva if the need emerges.

Labasa is the current Courts Inter-District Champion while Suva holds the Vodafone Premier League title and the Vodafone Fiji FACT.
