Updated: 7:07am – One person has died after a bulldozer rolled down a bank in Taranaki this afternoon, in the second fatal bulldozer crash this week.
Police say the vehicle rolled down a bank in a forestry block at about 2pm yesterday.

Another man was killed when a bulldozer rolled 80m down a bank in the Wellington suburb of Makara on Tuesday.
Work Safe is investigating.
