The Junior Staff Officers Course was opened today by Commander of the RFMF Rear Admiral Viliame Naupoto at the Officers Training Center in Vatuwaqa.
While addressing the officials, Naupoto says the establishment course is the start of their vocation adding that this is the place where most will start to fabricate information, and the ranges of abilities that are needed as an Officer.
