Updated: 6:25am – The two victims of a stabbing incident in Lautoka remain admitted in critical conditions at the Lautoka hospital.
The 40-year-old woman is still in a critical condition while her eight-year-old daughter is now admitted at the Children’s Intensive Care Unit and is also in a critical condition.

Police Spokesperson Ana Naisoro says their investigations continue to determine the circumstances which led to the incident and are awaiting the post-mortem result of the alleged suspect.
A 41-year-old man is alleged to have taken his own life after he allegedly stabbed his wife and daughter at their Varamoli home in Lautoka.
