Young Fijians are getting more susceptible to drug use

The Education Ministry says that youthful Fijians are getting more helpless to sedate use and this is the reason they are amplifying mindfulness in schools.

Service’s Divisional Counselor West, Alice Fong, says substance use is illicit in each school in Fiji and youngsters younger than 18 should be ingesting medications or even cigarettes.

She says there is a need secure our more youthful age.

“Substance use is illicit in the entirety of our schools, so certainly we can say obviously that we uphold the entire image of promotion that medication misuse is maltreatment of life it intrudes on an individual’s excursion of instruction.”

Acting Commissioner of Police Rusiate Tudravu affirms they will reinforce their cooperation with outside partners including the Education Ministry to handle drug use in schools and networks.
