Acting Chief Executive Kamal Prasad says the Authority has just spent around $3 million, however the last spending will be known after redesign plans are re-drawn.

“The entire thought was not to gain more land and to secure a portion of the old trees that are there. So we have updated the thing to fit what is there and the current fixed structures that are there.”

Kamal says work is advancing admirably and is required to be finished in the following eighteen months.

“Bridgework is on-going right now and it will be an additional 4 months before the extension will be finished.”

The FRA has $334.8 million for capital consumption zeroing in on the substitution of basic scaffolds, streets and intersections.
