UPDATED: 7:02am – The Vodafone Fiji Under-20 side will play Chile in the fifth place play-off in the World Rugby Trophy Challenge in Uruguay.
Fiji finished third in its pool after losing out to host Uruguay by 34-3 and to Portugal by 16-13 in the pool games.

Fiji got demoted to the second tier in 2014 and since then have been struggling.
Meanwhile Japan plays Portugal in the final of the Trophy Challenge and the winner will get promoted to the World Junior Championship.
