Fijian rugby league team, the Kaiviti Silktails, have sung a heartfelt hymn to thank the staff of a Sydney hotel

From their individual room overhangs at the Sofitel Wentworth Hotel in focal Sydney, the Fijian players sung and applauded as one, while different visitors shot from their own galleries.

The Silktails are in Sydney to plan for their first full season in the Ron Massey Cup, a semi-proficient advancement rivalry in NSW.

The Fijian group side were to have played in the opposition a year ago, yet it was dropped on account of COVID-19 after their first game.

The visiting party includes 28 players and five administration staff. It is trained by Wes Naiqama, who played 14 tests for Fiji and in excess of 120 NRL games for the Dragons, Knights and Panthers, NRL.com revealed.

The Silktails executive is Petero Civoniceva, who addressed both Australia and Fiji during his long vocation.

“It’s a genuine energizing chance to become the game.

“In Fiji rugby association is viewed as the chief code however in saying that the scene is certainly beginning to change,” Civoniceva revealed to SEN radio in Sydney on Tuesday.
