UPDATED: 6:22am – Warriors standoff Kieran Foran is back in the team to face the Rabbitohs on Friday after missing last Sunday’s loss with a shoulder complaint.

Foran being fit to face South Sydney means Mason Lino would have to make way and move onto an extended bench. Ata Hingano was in line to team up in the halves with Foran for the first time.

The game would be a big one for veteran prop Jacob Lillyman who was set to make his 250th career appearance on Friday.

33-year-old Lillyman, who joined the Warriors in 2009 after 62 games for North Queensland, was converted into a front rower in 2011.

The Warriors’ record against the Rabbitohs was their second best against all current teams in the competition.

They have an 18-12 advantage in 30 encounters but South Sydney had won each of the last five games: two in Auckland and three in Perth.

It’s the fourth season in a row that the clubs had met just once.
