Devi is charged with a count each of attempted murder and criminal intimidation.

It is alleged that she attempted to murder her four-year-old son and threatened to kill her mother-in-law last year.
Defense lawyer Abhay Singh filed a no case to answer application in court on Tuesday.
Singh claims Devi did this to scare her mother-in-law who he claims had been ill-treating her client.
Judge Justice Riyaz Hamza will make a ruling today.
