Two Fiji Corrections Service officials are grateful to the public authority for permitting them to get the shot of the COVID-19 antibody before their sending to Sudan.

Solomone Turaga and Selesitino Naeqe were essential for the gathering that got their shot along with Health Minister, Doctor Ifereimi Waqainabete, the Permanent Secretary Doctor James Fong and Chief Medical Advisor, Doctor Jemesa Tudravu.

Turaga says making the effort will permit them to make a trip to Sudan as there are limitations around the planet because of the pandemic.

Turaga and Naeqe will be sent to Sudan for peacekeeping obligations for one year.
